A two-section residential building of varied number of storeys with integrated public facilities and an underground parking.
The building's composition consists of two volumes of different heights: a 24-to-14-storey high-rise section located perpendicular to Gurzuvskaya street, and a 5-storey section shaping the development's front along the street and covering the yard space.
Thus, the domineering high-rise correlates with the existing structures scale along Gurzuvskaya street. The high-rise volume is divided vertically into two blocks. The plane facing Moskovskaya street is executed as a glass curtain of a continuous front of stanzas, while the volume facing the yard space has horizontal articulation created by rhythmic grouping of window openings and stanzas. The overall structure of the composition is achieved by grouping lower floors of the high-rise section and creating a uniform underlying volume for the whole building, united by horizontal articulation with the 5-storey section located along Gurzuvskaya street. The compositional solution actively uses console elements, creating volumetric plastique. This effect is further increased by contrasting facade solutions on different planes of the building.
